Tuesday 5th July 2011 - Infinity Tyres Sponser English Cricket

Friday 1st July 2011 - Toyo Tires Sued Over Fatal Crash Claim

• Toyo Tires are currently defending themselves in high court after claims for damages were bought against them. On 25th June 2006 26 year-old Neha Bhatt was kill durring the crash on the M4 in Wales. The six other survivors of the accident claim that the tyre was defective and that the tread was stripped from tyres. Proceedings are ongoing to determin if the tyres were defective or if the was somekind of impact that triggered the tread separation. We have heard no word that any defective tyres have been released into the market and have not had any word regarding a recall from Toyo UK.
