Online Conditions of sale
Our terms and conditions apply to all online conditions of sale
from our web site. The terms are set out below. Read them before ordering. You
may wish to print a copy for future reference. Other terms and conditions such
as our privacy policy should also be read as part of this agreement. We may
change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply
to any subsequent orders received.
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be
posted on this site.
We agree to sell you the goods for the prices stated. No goods shall be left
unless an Adult signs for delivery.
Delivery charges and, when we estimate we may supply the goods to you are
contained in our separate Delivery Section of the site.
We try to deliver goods when stated but cannot guarantee delivery by such date.
Goods are subject to availability and if we cannot supply them we will inform
you and you will be given a full refund of what you have paid.
The goods are sold at the price on our web site at the date we receive
the order from you. If we find a pricing error on our web site we will inform
you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity, if you wish, of
reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we cannot
contact you we will cancel the order. If you cancel and you have paid the
goods, you will be given a full refund.
Payment can be made by any means set out in our Delivery Terms We
aim to keep details of your order and payment secure, however except in cases
of negligence, we are not liable for any losses as a result of unauthorised
access to information provided by you.
The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and
any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England
and Wales.
Incorrectly Supplied / Ordered Goods
It is the customer's ultimate responsibility to ensure the goods ordered are the
correct fitment and are suitable for their intended use or purpose. If your not sure please
call us! Your order can be amended or cancelled as required. No liability will
be accepted for goods ordered incorrectly for their intended use or purpose.

In the event of goods being supplied incorrectly by Tyretraders.com Ltd please
inform us immediately and we will endeavour to exchange the goods as soon as possible.
Do not use the items without the express authority from Tyretraders.com Ltd in writing
otherwise this will be taken as you have excepted the goods as supplied.
Tyre Warranty
The tyre manufacturer must establish liability in order for
Tyretraders.com Ltd to warrant a tyre. If a tyre is deemed
warrantable by the manufacturer, then a credit will be raised, which will be in
full minus a percentage of the remaining tread depth. We would ask customers to
understand the need for proper tyre examination by the manufacturer before
establishing liability to replace the tyre. It is not therefore possible to
resolve new tyre problems on the spot.
Wheel Warranty
We cannot accept any wheels back if they are damaged or scratched.
Please check before accepting delivery as this cannot be rectified afterwards.
If for any reason a wheel or tyre is damaged on Delivery do not
fit it to your vehicle, We also advise a test fit prior to mounting tyres
for wheel only packages.
Right to cancel
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make
from Tyretraders.com Ltd. It is our aim to offer you exceptional value and
quality at outstandingly low prices
If you are a consumer and you order any item from us, you have
the statutory right within the United Kingdom to cancel the order and return
any goods ordered in exchange for a refund. This statutory right of
cancellation starts on the date that you submit your order and expires within
seven working days beginning on the day after the day on which you receive the
goods (hereinafter the "UK Statutory Right of Cancellation").
To cancel your order you should notify us by email, fax or in
writing within 7 working days, and send the goods back to us within
fourteen days of the date of cancellation. You are responsible for
ensuring that the goods are received by us and are not damaged in transit.
Goods should therefore be securely packaged. We recommend that you return items
using recorded delivery, for your protection.
You are also responsible for the cost of returning items to us,
unless the items were incorrectly delivered on our part, or the items are
damaged or faulty.

We aim to provide you with the highest standards of customer
service. If you need to return goods bought online, please follow the
guidelines below
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply
return it to Tyretraders.com Ltd
Notification of intent to return / cancel any goods must be received within 7
working days from acceptance of delivery and returned within 14 days of
delivery, unused in its original packaging, together with the receipt.
We reserve the right to reject good unsatifactory packaged
All products can be returned for refund providing they are in the same
condition as supplied

No refund can be given on goods unless the goods are unused or are
found to be faulty after investigation.

All non faulty goods for refund must reach us
within 14days
of the date of cancellation.

To help us process your return, goods should be accompanied by your name and
contact details, the order number and the date of purchase. (Please print and
complete a returns form
to accompany your goods.) This will allow us to refund you correctly.

Please email, fax or telephone Tyretraders.com Ltd for a return
authorisation code prior to returning goods.

Tyretraders.com Ltd will refund (including postage costs) any product
which is wrongly delivered, is damaged on delivery or is found to be faulty
after investigation.

Tyretraders.com Ltd will not
refund postage expenses for non faulty goods returned.

Subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation, any proper and reasonable
costs that Tyretraders.com Ltd incur for the collection of non
faulty goods will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Goods
If you are concerned that a product we have supplied is faulty and
wish to return it to us for assessment please follow the guidelines below:

Any goods returned for assessment must be in a clean and dry condition
as per Health and Safety legislation.

Customers should contact Tyretraders.com Ltd by email or telephone
for a Return Authorisation number prior to returning goods for investigation.

Goods should be accompanied by your name and contact details, the order number
and the date of purchase. (Please print and complete a returns form to
accompany your goods). This will allow us to refund you correctly.

Full details of the perceived fault should be given in a brief letter and the
goods returned to the address below.

Please note that an investigation into perceived faulty goods may take several
days to complete as we may have to refer the goods to the manufacturer.

If the goods are found to have a fault (in the instance of tyres)
Tyretraders.com Ltd will, subject to the UK Statutory Right of
Cancellation, apply the tyre industry standard allowance (see
tyre warranty)

If the goods are found to not be faulty, the goods will be returned to you.
Tyretraders.com Ltd, subject to the UK Statutory Right of Cancellation,
reserves the right to charge you for the costs incurred in dealing with goods
that are found not to be faulty.

Delivery
Tyretraders.com will endeavour to supply any goods purchased within the
agreed time normally 3-5 working days, but will not be held responsible for
delays beyond their control. Responsibility for delivery times will
be with the carrier company used. We will however try our utmost to ensure
deliveries are prompt. In the event of any damaged or missing goods you should
contact Tyretraders.com ltd directly. Deliveries signed for as in good
condition and complete can not be rectified afterwards.
Fitting
Tyretraders.com constantly monitors the fitting
stations and mobile fitters that we have signed up with our site. However, in
the case of a problem occuring with the fitting service, the customer should
take up the problem with the fitter station / mobile fitter concerned.
Tyretraders.com legal agreement with the fitter stations or mobile fitter
specifies their liability in this issue, and they have signed to this legal
agreement as such.
Mobile fitting - it is the
customers' responsibility to ensure that they have all the correct
keys/locknuts etc and to ensure that access is available to the vehicle at the allotted time to enable the mobile fitter to complete his work. Failure to
do so may incur extra costs to the customer ie: callout charge at a rate of £25.00 inc of V.A.T.

Tyretraders.com Ltd, are committed to protecting the privacy of
those using our site and any personal information supplied to us.
Tyretraders.com Ltd will not sell any personal information or share any
information to third parties unrelated to it. Any information gathered will
only be used in the enhancement of our web site and services such as common
requests for products or FAQs and then no personal details will be given out.
